Promo Title: EQ Maagang Pamasko E-Raffle Promo Coverage: Nationwide

Participating Brands: EQ Dry, EQ Pants, EQ Plus, Genius Premium Pants, EQ Colors, EQ Wipes

Eligibility:

Open to all legal residents of the Philippines, except employees and family members of JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. and Rakso Computer Technology Inc., and their relatives up to the second degree.

Mechanics:

  • Participants must have a registered Facebook account and be reachable via Facebook Messenger.
  • Participants must join using their mobile phone.
  • If the winner is a minor (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must send their valid ID for prize claims.
  • Participants must register in the EQ Maagang Pamasko E-Raffle Promo.
  • Purchase requirement: a single receipt worth at least Php150.00 of any EQ Diapers, Genius Premium Pants, or EQ Wipes from participating merchants.
  • Register entries via the official EQ Diapers Facebook Messenger.
  • Submit a photo of the receipt or sales invoice via EQ Diapers Facebook Messenger.
  • Purchases must be made between September 1, 2024, 12:01 am and November 30, 2024, 11:59 pm.
  • Entries must be sent between September 1, 2024, 12:01 am – November 30, 2024, 11:59 pm.
  • All valid entries from September 1 to November 30, 2024, will be eligible for daily and monthly prizes.
  • Participants must comply with the promo mechanics and terms & conditions.

Prize Claiming:

    1. Instant prizes are chosen randomly by the system. Winners will be notified via Messenger.
    2. For GCash and E-vouchers, winners will receive a link to claim their prize within 24-48 hours.
    3. For premium items, winners will provide their delivery address. JSU Customer Service will verify and arrange delivery.
    4. Monthly winners will be contacted by JSU Customer Service for verification and delivery.

Verification and Validation of Premium Items and Monthly Winners:

    1. Entries must be registered and submitted within the promo period.
    2. Winners must have physical possession of the original winning receipt/sales invoice.
    3. Disqualified if receipts are lost or tampered.

General Guidelines:

    1. Winners must show two (2) Government IDs for verification.
    2. Representatives can claim on behalf of winners with proper authorization and proof of relationship.
    3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
    4. Winners agree to have their name and photo used in advertisements.

 Additional Guidelines:

    1. JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. may use registration data according to its privacy policy.
    2. The organizers may announce winners publicly but aren’t responsible for unauthorized use.
    3. The organizers aren’t liable for technical issues or any claims related to the promotion.
    4. The organizers can cancel or suspend the promotion due to force majeure events.
    5. Fraud or improper actions will lead to disqualification.
