3️⃣ Submit Your Entry
· Fill in your Full Name, Address, Mobile Number, and Location (North Luzon/Central Luzon, South Luzon, GMA, Visayas, Mindanao).
· Upload a clear photo of your receipt showing:
o Merchant name
o Receipt number
o Purchased EQ Diapers
o Total amount
o Date and time of purchase
