1. You can join by simply collecting empty wrappers of EQ Dry Baby Diaper New and Improved, EQ Plus with Improved Elastic Waistband and Magic Tape, EQ Pants, and Genius Grow Up Pants with intact points. The points system based on packaging is as follows:

2. Collect empty wrappers of any EQ Dry Diapers New and Improved, EQ Plus Diapers, EQ Pants Diapers, and Genius Grow Up Pants with the corresponding number of points to get one (1) collectible item:

- At least ¾ of the entire wrappers will be accepted; however, the side of packs with EQ/Genius points should be present. Points on the side should be included.
- Entries containing cut-out points will NOT be honored
- Entries with soiled wrappers (wrappers contaminated with feces, urine, or mud; discolored or faded wrappers) or unused wrappers will NOT be honored.
3. Submit the required empty wrappers of EQ Dry Baby Diaper New and Improved, EQ Plus with Improved Elastic Waistband and Magic, EQ Pants, and Genius Grow Up Pants together with the following information completely written on a piece of paper:
- Parent’s/ Guardian’s Name
- Complete address (Please include landmarks for hard-to-find locations)
- Telephone and/or mobile phone numbers
- E-mail address
- Baby’s name
- Baby’s Gender
- Baby’s birthday
- Signature of parent/guardian
- Preferred Item: Animal wall clock (with ranking of preferred designs with #1 being most preferred – Koala, Tiger, Elephant) or Eggshell bag (with ranking of preferred designs with #1 being most preferred – Bee, Lady Bug, Penguin, Tiger)
4. Entries may be mailed or hand-carried to the JS Unitrade Office from Mondays to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM:

6. Promo ends on November 15, 2020. Entries sent via mail may be received provided it is dated and received by the post office on/or before November 15, 2020.
7. Your chosen premium item/s will be delivered free of charge by JRS to the address submitted by the sender. Items will be sent starting September 15, 2020 until December 15, 2020. In the event that the sender is not present during the time of delivery, a member of the sender’s household will be asked to sign a proof of delivery and receive the premium item/s on behalf of the sender.
8. You may join the promo as many times as you want.
9. The above-mentioned premium items are not convertible to cash.
10. Schedule of shipping the free items:
- All entries (mailed and hand-carried) will be checked by a JSU Representative per area (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao) and will be recorded on a daily basis.
- After 2 weeks, all free items of participants with complete wrappers and details will be scheduled for mailing.
- Mailing of premium items will happen every 2 weeks per area.
- All participants with complete entry wrappers and details entitled to the free items will be contacted by a JSU Representative to provide shipment tracking.
