HOW TO JOIN / SUBMIT AN ENTRY
Customers are entitled to join the raffle by purchasing and submitting a valid entry, as follows:
1. BUY. Buy any EQ Diapers worth at least Php150.00 in a single receipt at any participating merchant or e-commerce platform, and keep the receipt.

2. UPLOAD. Visit the official EQ Diapers Facebook page, start a conversation on Messenger, tap JOIN PROMO, and upload a clear photo of the receipt. For purchases made in Lazada, provide the fulfilled order number instead of a receipt; the order number is verified as fulfilled by the platform before it is considered a valid entry.
3. INSTANT VALIDATION. The chatbot uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to validate the receipt instantly. A valid entry must clearly show: Merchant/Store Name; Receipt Number; SKUs of participating EQ products; Total amount purchased; and Date and time of transaction.

ELECTRONIC RAFFLE REGISTRATION
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
The deadline for submission of entries is November 30, 2026 (11:59 PM). Only entries submitted within the promo period (September 1, 2026, 12:01 AM to November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM), supported by receipts dated within the same period, are considered valid. The time reflected in the Rakso CT system shall be the official and controlling time; in case of discrepancies or complaints, the system timestamp shall prevail.
Qualified entries must: (a) be registered to the promo via EQ Diapers’ Facebook Messenger; (b) be submitted within the promo period; (c) be present in the Rakso CT system database within the promo duration; and (d) for monthly and grand prizes, be supported by physical possession of the original winning official receipt or sales invoice (or, for Lazada, a screenshot of the transaction)
— NO RECEIPT, NO PRIZE.
Invalid entries include:
Entries from participants who are not registered to the promo;
- Entries from participants who do not meet the qualifications or possess a disqualification;
- Entries without physical possession of the original winning receipt (for monthly and grand prizes);
- Lazada order numbers not part of the fulfilled-orders database of Lazada and JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc.;
- Entries that do not comply with the mechanics, or which are tainted with fraud or improper action;
- Entries with invalid receipts, sales invoices, or Lazada order numbers; and
- Entries sent before or after the promo duration, or with receipts dated outside the validity period.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS (DATE / TIME / VENUE)
Instant and Daily prizes are awarded via system-generated random selection (using a randomizer); no physical draw takes place.
Monthly and Grand Prize winners are determined via an Electronic Raffle Draw conducted at the Rakso CT office, or virtually, in the presence of an authorized representative from the DTI.
The Monthly Draws select ten (10) winners of the Jollibee Kiddie Party Package E-Gift Certificate per draw (thirty [30] monthly winners in total);
The two (2) Grand Prize winners of Php150,000.00 cash each are determined via one (1) Grand Draw held at the end of the promo period.
All draws are announced on the official EQ Diapers Facebook page.
The Board of Judges is composed of duly authorized representatives from Rakso CT and JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc., witnessed by a DTI representative. Once a person becomes a monthly or grand prize winner, his/her other non-winning entries remain part of the succeeding e-raffle draws; however, monthly winners are not included in the Grand Draw. As a control measure, Rakso CT generates the list of qualified participants before each draw and provides the list of winners to the DTI after verification, together with any disqualified winner(s) and the reason(s) for disqualification.
GAME: Instant & Daily Prizes (Randomizer):
Upon submission of a valid receipt or invoice, the participant gets a chance to instantly win a Jollibee e-Gift food voucher, determined by a system-generated randomization process using a randomizer. Winning is based on chance and is not guaranteed for every valid receipt; this eliminates the need for a physical draw. Participants who win instant and daily prizes may still win in the Monthly Raffle Draw.
RAFFLE: Monthly & Grand Prizes (Raffle Draw):
Participants who submit valid receipts within the promo period earn entries to the raffle draws (including those who have already won instant and daily prizes). All qualified entries are pooled and winners are drawn electronically in the presence of a DTI representative.
CLAIMING/REDEMPTION PERIOD
All prizes and e-voucher codes remain claimable/redeemable within sixty (60) days after the last day of the promo period (until January 29, 2027).
TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES
All taxes (including the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000.00) and other expenses that may be incurred in relation to the prizes shall be shouldered by EQ Diapers / JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. All non-cash prizes and the Php150,000.00 cash Grand Prize are tax-free to the winners.
CONVERTIBILITY / TRANSFERABILITY OF PRIZES
All non-cash prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
Instant-prize winners are notified immediately by the bot upon submission. For Jollibee e-voucher winners, the chatbot sends a claiming link within 24 to 48 hours after notification; the e-voucher is delivered to the registered mobile number and email address.
Monthly and Grand Prize winners are notified via Facebook Messenger and a phone call from Confabia using the registered mobile number, and are verified by a JSU Customer Service Representative, who will: validate the registration details (Name, Year of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email Address); confirm the participant has read and understood the terms and conditions; confirm physical possession of the original winning receipt/sales invoice (or Lazada screenshot); and require the winner to read aloud the receipt details (Merchant Name, Receipt Number, participating EQ SKUs, Total amount, and Date/time of transaction). Verification calls are made for a maximum of two (2) tries per day for seven (7) days (fourteen [14] attempts); if the winner remains unreachable, the organizers proceed to the next drawn name.
Only the names of duly qualified winners are announced and posted on the official EQ Diapers Facebook page.
WIN-ONCE RULE
A customer can only win once per prize category per draw. If a participant is drawn more than once in a single draw, the prize with the higher value is awarded. Winners of instant and daily prizes may still win in the raffle draws; however, monthly winners are not included in the Grand Draw. One unique receipt, sales invoice, or Lazada order number has a chance to win one (1) instant/daily prize and/or one (1) monthly or grand raffle prize.
WHERE TO CLAIM PRIZES
Grand Prize cash winners residing in Metro Manila shall claim at the JSU Office (Marco Polo Ortigas); provincial winners shall claim at the nearest JSU Warehouse or Satellite Office (Bulacan, Cebu, Iloilo, CDO, or Laguna). Jollibee e-voucher prizes are claimed online via the claiming link sent through Messenger and delivered to the registered mobile number and email address.
REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM THE PRIZE
To claim the prize, the winner must be present and show two (2) valid IDs (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and present the original winning official (tape) receipt or sales invoice (or, for Lazada, a screenshot of the transaction). Winning receipts or sales invoices must be tamper-free at the time of presentation. NO RECEIPT, NO PRIZE for the monthly and grand prize winners.
CLAIMING THROUGH AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE
If the winner cannot personally claim the prize, an authorized representative may do so by presenting a signed authorization letter from the winner, a copy of the winner’s valid ID, the winning receipt or sales invoice, and proof of relationship.
CLAIM PERIOD
Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days after the last day of the promo period (until January 29, 2027) from receipt of notice, or they will be forfeited in favor of JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. with prior approval of the DTI. If a presumed winner has lost the winning receipt or sales invoice, the case shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations Implementing Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines); the organizers will draw another winner and proceed with verification until the prize is awarded to a duly verified and validated winning entry.
DISQUALIFICATION
Employees of JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. (including its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agency partners), Rakso Computer Technology, Inc., participating merchants, and Confabia (the customer-service agency), as well as the organizers of the promo and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Data Privacy: JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. may use the registration data according to its privacy policy. By joining, the participant consents to the collection of their child’s birthdate, used only to determine the correct diaper size should they win. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), with the consent of the parent/legal guardian.
The winner agrees to have his/her name and photo included in advertisements and other related materials.
The organizers may announce a win through various media and locations but are not responsible for unauthorized use by others.
The participant will not hold the organizers liable for any claims or legal issues related to participation, and may not reproduce, sell, or modify any part of the promo websites or platforms for commercial purposes.
The organizers assume no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information caused by third parties, hackers, or technical issues; technical problems (hardware/software failures, lost connections, malfunctions); issues with mobile numbers (errors, theft, unauthorized access); or problems with participant submissions. JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any damages or losses arising from participation or use of the prizes; prizes are provided “as is” without warranties.
The organizers may cancel or suspend the promotion, subject to DTI approval, in the event of force majeure or any circumstance beyond their control that affects the fairness and integrity of the promotion (e.g., computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, network malfunction).
Fraud or improper actions in participating or claiming prizes will disqualify the participant or winner. By joining, all participants are presumed to have read, understood, agreed to, and abided by the promo’s complete rules and regulations.
